Yoleidy Rosario-Hernandez serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Boxser Diversity Initiative. 

About Yoleidy

Yoleidy Rosario-Hernandez is an Afro-Dominican and Taino trans interdisciplinary artist, educator, and diversity consultant with a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in higher education and community organizing. Yoleidy served as Chief Diversity Officer at New College of Florida, and has held significant roles at institutions such as Ringling College of Art and Design and Rutgers University-Newark.

 

Ze founded Mosaic Justice, a diversity consulting firm, and Mosaic Movements, a non-profit arts organization, both aimed at creating inclusive environments. As a photographer and filmmaker, Yoleidy produced impactful documentaries like "Violet Stripes" and "Warriors of Sarasota," which highlight LGBTQ+ journeys and explore Black and Latinx identities.

 

Through zir work, Yoleidy is dedicated to dismantling systemic racism and fostering transformative dialogue on social identities.
