Maxine Williams

Maxine Williams is the Vice President of Accessibility and Engagement at Meta, where she has led initiatives to integrate diverse perspectives into product development and workplace culture since 2013. In her role, she oversees strategies for recruitment, retention, and professional development of a diverse workforce, contributing to Meta’s mission of fostering openness and connectivity.

 

Before Meta, she served as the Director of Diversity Programs at White and Case and has held various media roles, including on-air journalist and host across multiple platforms in the US and the Caribbean. A Rhodes Scholar, Maxine holds a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and a BA in Caribbean Studies from Yale University.
