About Manuel
Manuel R. Chepote has built a diverse career spanning more than three decades in insurance and real estate.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Manuel earned degrees from the Catholic University of Lima and the Ohio State University. He spent 36 years in the insurance industry, including more than three decades as the owner of Chepote Insurance, an Allstate agency in Sarasota, Florida.
Following the sale of his insurance business in 2021, he transitioned to real estate, joining Keller Williams On The Water, where he brings his dedication to personalized service to buyers, sellers, and investors.
Outside of his professional life, his hobbies include sailing and beekeeping, interests that trace back to his upbringing in Peru.
